Records of your participation in any study you are involved in at cyberDERM, inc., as well as personal health information collected for purposes of recruitment onto a study pannel or as part of a study conducted at cyberDERM, inc. will be held confidential so far as permitted by law. However, the investigator, the sponsor, and under certain circumstances, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) will be able to inspect and have access to confidential data which identifies you by name. Any publication of the data will not identify you. By consenting to a study you authorize the investigator to release your medical records to the sponsor and the FDA.
